No you can add as many tenancies to a property as you want for no additional charge. Although only one tenancy will be active at any one time. For blocks of flats we treat each flat as a 'property' so that you can manage everything separately from the other flats.
Plan upgrades can be done at any time such as adding another property. Plan downgrades are based on whether you are on an annual or monthly plan. You can remove and add another property at any time.
Yes sure. We can supply you with a template to copy your property details into, e.g. address, tenant details, payments, historical tenancies etc. We can help you with this if needed.

No, the Landlord does not see anything to do with the flat. It is likely that one of the flatmates/roommates is the head tenant, the Landlord will see the tenancy related items but nothing to do with the flat.
When you login to the App you can choose what role you to use for that session. You can easily switch roles from the account page.
This is a flatmate/roommate that your flat chooses to coordinate everything to do with the flat. This could be the person that is also the head tenant, but it does not have to be.
Yeah - this is a little left field we agree. But what it does is enable flatmates to take control of the flat if the flat manager is not doing their job right. Of course there are more peaceful options provided also :-)
